Barre is an up and coming exercise class that focuses on muscle strength while using postures such as yoga and pilates.
On June 10th Pulse health will be hosting a charity Barre class at 9:30 am.
Kindly bring a package of any size diapers, wipes or a $5 cash donation to benefit Baltimore’s babies in need.
After class mimosas and muffins will be handed out!
